The pre-production phase is what preparation is in cooking: not something to be overlooked. Since Wouter’s linguini still comes out ‘extra crispy’ half the time, we place a considerable amount of importance on this phase. Only when we are satisfied all resources and prerequisites are accounted for (and after checking them five times) do we gather the crew to go into actual production. It goes without saying that we approach the production and post-production phases with the same diligence as we do pre-production.

De preproductiefase is wat de mise en place bij het koken is: iets wat je vooral niet wil afraffelen. Omdat Wouters spaghetti vaker wel dan niet ‘extra knapperig' op tafel komt, hechten we veel waarde aan deze fase. Pas als we 100% zeker zijn dat alle benodigde mensen en middelen beschikbaar en besproken zijn (en na dit vijf keer te hebben gecontroleerd) verzamelen we de crew om met de echte productie te beginnen. Het spreekt voor zich dat we de productie- en postproductiefase met dezelfde doortastendheid aanpakken als de preproductie.
